To book our services, please complete the enquiry form on our website with details about your event and any items or packages you’re interested in. Once we receive your details, we will check the availability of the items for your event date and provide a quote and invoice with the required deposit amount. After you pay the deposit, your booking will be confirmed. We’ll get in touch 2-3 weeks before your event to reconfirm all details.

Yes, we can accommodate different pack-down times. However, please note our after-hours surcharge for staff penalty rates:

(i) Monday to Saturday, 6 am – 6 pm: Standard rates apply

(ii) After Hours Surcharges:

  • Monday – Saturday, 6 pm – 8 pm: $100 + GST
  • Monday – Saturday, 8 pm – Midnight: $150 + GST
  • Sunday, 6 am – 6 pm: $80 + GST
  • Sunday, 6 pm – 8 pm: $150 + GST
  • Sunday, 9 pm – Midnight: $200 + GST
  • Public Holidays: $250 + GST

We offer rescheduling under specific circumstances:

  • Inclement weather with high rain probability
  • Client medical emergencies

If you need to cancel, the deposit is non-refundable but can be used towards a future event. Please contact us as soon as possible to discuss rescheduling options.

Yes, you can cancel or modify your balloon garland order up to 7 days before the scheduled delivery date. After this period, the order becomes final and non-refundable.

Yes, we travel! We are based in Loganholme and minimum spend of $1500 applies

We don’t have a minimum spend and every event it’s important to us so dont worry if you have a budget. We will try and assist with the best of our abilities in better language

No, delivery is an additional cost and varies based on location, access, items hired, and event times. The delivery fee will be specified in your quotation or invoice.

Payments can be made via direct bank transfer or credit card. Payment instructions will be provided at the bottom of your invoice. DIY Balloon Garlands can be paid for directly through our online store.

Yes, a 25% non-refundable deposit is required within 7 days of receiving your invoice to secure your booking and date. If the deposit is not paid, the booking will not be secured, and the equipment will be made available for public hire. Full payment is due 7 days before your event date.
